Ok so who’s ready to see Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson head back to what he does best? That’s right baby. Dwayne is staring in a new action flick titled Faster set to be released this November in theaters.

Set for a Thanksgiving Day release, Faster stars Dwayne Johnson, Billy Bob Thorton, and newcomer Oliver Jackson-Cohen in a film directed by George Tillman .

After 10 years in prison, Driver (Dwayne Johnson) has a singular focus in mind and that is to avenge the murder of his brother during the botched bank robbery that led to his imprisonment.

Impeding his efforts at revenge, Driver has to work around and through two tenacious adversaries on his trail. One is a veteran cop who is just days away from his retirement, played by Billy Bob Thornton and a vicious young hitman who reveals in the opportunity to hunt a worthy opponent.

Misdirections and deceptions are revealed as Driver unravels the mystery surrounding his brother’s murder.

Faster, is a co-production between CBS Films and TriStar Pictures, a division of Sony Pictures Entertainment.
